These Terms & Conditions govern catering orders placed with Bombay Bistro Redmond through this site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Ordering
- A minimum of 25 guests is required per order.
- Orders must be placed at least one (1) day in advance.
- Complimentary sides (breads, salad, raita, rice) are included free; choose the ones you would like.
- Listed prices are per person and are estimates that may be confirmed or adjusted by the restaurant.
Payment
Full payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Square. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders are final. We do not offer customer-initiated cancellations or refunds. A cancellation or refund may be granted only at the sole discretion of the restaurant in exceptional circumstances. All cancellation and refund rights are reserved solely to the restaurant.
Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup is available at our restaurant address (listed below).
- Delivery within 20 miles is a flat $100.00 fee.
- For locations beyond 20 miles, the delivery cost will be confirmed by the restaurant before fulfillment.
- Locations beyond our serviceable range (approximately 60 miles) may not be eligible for delivery and may require pickup, at the restaurant’s discretion.
- Delivery availability and timing are subject to the restaurant’s discretion.
Live counters
Any live counter requested for an item (for example, a chaat or dosa station) is an additional $300.00 per live counter. Live counters are not booked through this site — they must be arranged directly with the restaurant, and the additional amount is settled with the restaurant separately.
Business hours
Our hours are 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM Pacific Time. Order preparation, pickup, and delivery take place during business hours.
Right to refuse or cancel
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, inaccurate information, unreasonable requests, or an inability to fulfill the order. Where an order is cancelled by the restaurant, any refund is issued at the restaurant’s discretion.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available to receive your order. The restaurant is not liable for a failed delivery caused by incorrect information or unavailability at the delivery location.
Allergens
Our food is prepared in a facility that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and others. Please note any dietary needs in the special requests field. Orders are placed at the customer’s own risk with respect to allergens.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the restaurant’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. The restaurant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.
